can not help to do和doing的区别：can not help to do的意思是不能帮助做某事”，can not help doing的意思是禁不住做某事”。
一、can not help to do
can not help to do是不能帮助做某事。例如：
1.I can’t help to do it. 我不能帮忙做这事。
2.He couldn’t help to wash the clothes. 我不能帮忙洗衣服。
二、can not help doing
can not help doing是禁不住做某事，情不自禁做某事。例如：
1.She couldn’t help smiling. 她禁不住笑了起来。

英语有时还可说can not help sb doing sth不能使某人不做某事。例如：
